The 2009 Caradel Hire A.C.T. Formula 500 Title was contested last night at the Goulburn Speedway. The victory podium was a Stallard Chassis affair with new Australian #1 Brock Hallett AGAIN claiming the honours. Ben Devlin from W.A. finished second with defending A.C.T. Champ. Steve Caunt finishing in third. |

The next meeting for the Goulburn Formula 500 Club will be held on the 21ST MARCH, 2009 and to be staged at the Goulburn Speedway. An error on the N.S.W. F/500 Website has been rectified, this should now clear up any confusion. |

Former N.S.W. and A.C.T. Champ. Chris Alcorn has finally broken his podium drought with a stunning victory at the Fire Service Plus Nowra Speedway in claiming the 2008/'09 South Coast Championship last weekend. Joining Alcorn on the podium filling the minor placings was Goulburn driver Barry Burrows second, and Singleton driver Scott Siemsen third. |

The 2008/'09 South Coast C'Ship meeting at the Fire Service Plus Nowra Speedway has been re-scheduled for the 24th January, 2009. After rain forced organisers and officials to abandon the orginal meeting (29th November.) the news is a huge relief that a date can be fitted in to what is already a hectic calendar. |
